a mother’s womb
“But the moment one turns to the Lord with an open heart, the veil is lifted and they see. Now, the “Lord” I’m referring to is the Holy Spirit, and wherever he is Lord, there is freedom. We can all draw close to him with the veil removed from our faces. And with no veil we all become like mirrors who brightly reflect the glory of the Lord Jesus. We are being transfigured into his very image as we move from one brighter level of glory to another. And this glorious transfiguration comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit.” 2 Corinthians 3:16–18
Beloved,
Speak to the dry bones, calling them to life in Jesus Name — and surely, flesh born of heaven’s kingdom will attach itself to these ancient frames. The bones will respond, for the Spirit of the Living God will renew all things and fill it with His breath. It is in the small things, where this mountain top faith is birthed — growing steadily until the heart, mind, strength, and spirit are united under His blood. Remind yourself often of when He knit you together in your mother’s womb.
Walk with Him in the cool of the evening, knowing that the hand you hold is Holy and True. Listen to His words, as He builds into you a strong tower, that becomes a fortress where even the little ones can run and find protection. All that God speaks is encouraging and edifying, building you into the son or daughter of God imagined in the chaos, before even the planets were formed. His heart is above all things, that creates an environment of love and nurture, flourishing the seed within, until it matures.
Watch the world around you be transformed into a Holy place, as it was designed to, before the sin in the garden. His blood does make all things new, changing the world as we know it — by bringing the Kingdom to Earth. With eyes wide open, see the work of His hand — testify of His goodness and His holiness every day. Let the new day be a blank canvas, allowing His creation to continue, for ever since the Sabbath (where He rested) — the new world has been moving in His direction.
We are His bride — and all that He does, is to make us more beautiful, more radiant, and more Holy. What you hold of this world in your heart, exchange it now for His Love, His sacrifice on the Cross which is as fresh as it was two-thousand years ago. His blood anoints you — saturates your being, covering you completely.
His last words, “It is finished!” still echoes across the universe.
