Romans 12:1,2 “I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

Beloved,

Refresh and renew, become proof of God’s love and grace. Show the world the light that is in side of you. Be bold, believing for the faith necessary in the moment. Set goals for your heart. Establish the path that will lead you to Him every morning, and throughout the day. We are in constant need of Him, His love, His mercy, His hope, and His wisdom. Share the Word that is growing inside of you, until it becomes a living river flowing. Express praise and appreciation for what He has done in your life, bringing you to a place where your eyes are clear and hearing is keen. Allow your mind to heal, taking out all those things of this world that would seek to destroy it. Take every thought captive, and those dark ideas will flee. Be immersed in holiness as a daily activity, seeking what is pure and noble. He will fill your cup.

It will be a cup that overflows into other’s lives. Time spent in His word will have lasting affect on you, changing your thought process, and transforming your life. It it is a good thing, to expect change in your life. Not one moment should be spent with God, without the expectation that you will be changed in the process. Soon, the music of heaven will come easily to you, expressing your love for the Father, celebrating the reconciliation accomplished by His son Jesus on the Cross. Holy Spirit will speak to us, the words of the Son and the ways of the Father. He is very purposeful, bringing God’s word into your heart, changing everything. Sing of this goodness, of the things He has done for you. Release the love that is inside of you beloved, expressing gratitude even in the face of adversity.

He is glorious. Lives are hanging in the balance, for the witness you will share, of testimonies of what God has done. Be the one. Speak of His love, and how it changed your life. A sense of urgency will come upon you, impressing on you the need to share with this one or that one. Ask God to teach you this witness, allowing people to approach you and ask specific questions of your faith. It will be frequent enough, to the point that witness will become second nature, and you will miss it when you do not share before the evening comes. Practice in the Word is not passive, but active. Take this action, that one step in His direction, asking God to use you. Surely, it will become a calling on your lips every morning, “Here I am Lord, use me.”

I remember a young Sunday School student years ago, that used to sing a song about such things. The lyric went like this, “Who will go, who will go, I will go, send me.” Yes, be the one.
