Breakthrough
Psalm 11:7 “For the righteous Lord loveth righteousness; his countenance doth behold the upright.”
Beloved,
The Lord keeps on coming, never relenting, always pursuing, longing for that one that has gone astray. He gathers you back within His arms and whispers His love to you, building you back up, strengthening your arms once more, and legs that were frail have been made strong. As He pours out His love, His righteousness fills you like a cup that will soon overflow. He adorns you with Light that illuminates the vast darkened places of your soul, bringing healing to the furthest reaches of humanity. His reach is not limited, but is more than enough to find you and rescue you from the path you have stepped on. His courage is love based, bringing you back into boldness as He draws you into repentance and forgiveness. He is sovereign in all His ways.
His purpose will be played out in your life, for you gave yourself to Him and He bought you with His son’s blood. That last sacrifice was enough and there is no place you can go, where He cannot find you. His gaze looks over the earth and is able to see you in the midst of every situation, in every event, and every place. He begins to stir the wisdom within you again, and you are once more found ready to minister, to reach out to those that are suffering, and share their burden. Your life is a portal to the Kingdom of God, you yourself becoming that image of Christ on earth, touching the untouchables and breaking through those places holding back the captives. Again I will say the Lord is sovereign in all His ways, providing choice among His children, His sons and daughters, so that they might be trusted with the Righteousness given to them.
In the wisdom of Righteousness, is the forthright ability to accomplish whatever the Lord puts before you and you are able to repel the enemy with just a few small stones, trusting Him that He will never leave or forsake you. Your pain is His, for He carried it to the Cross, and allowed it to be nailed there, never to be taken back, but laid in a Tomb, resurrected on the third day. This is your life, even from thousands of years ago, you were the focus of His heart. You became the Joy set before Him as He walked that lonely path, where so many had deserted Him in this moment of His agony and horrible murder. He has brought you with Him, in to and out of the tomb so that you might be resurrected with Him and lifted up before the Father, made clean in His sight and filled with His Son’s righteousness.
He will never let you go. His ideal is to save the remnant of His people. As we now pursue His love, His righteousness to become wise and able to make powerful and effective decisions, that will change the course of mighty rivers. Someone once said, “You have had a break through, what more break through do you need?” I would say, “breakthrough” is a daily event, as we step from our slumber and walk through a world caught by darkness, thousands dying daily without Christ, and then realizing the breakthrough is not always for ourselves, but for those in harms way, for those seeking liberty and freedom. Breakthrough is every day, for we carry the resurrection within us, and He cares enough to leave the ninety-nine and go after the one.
