Earth Cannot Hold Us

Psalm 35:9,10 “And my soul shall be joyful in the Lord: it shall rejoice in his salvation. All my bones shall say, Lord, who is like unto thee, which deliverest the poor from him that is too strong for him, yea, the poor and the needy from him that spoileth him?”

Beloved,

Your presence Lord, we desire above every other thing. It is the taste of your Love, that changes everything, for You hold us in the palm of Your Hand. It is an event where our voice cries out for your entrance, that you would always be near and bringing counsel into the chamber of our hearts. To sit at your table, that has all the elements necessary to live a life of righteousness is beyond compare.

Even our bones declare who you are. It is an awareness of who you are, the wisdom that is poured out from the resources of Heaven. You break off the yoke of slavery in our lives, and erect the structure that becomes a framework to be the servant in your house. To give you everything that we have, to lay down all that we think we need, to receive that hope that exceeds all expectation. We are yours.

Bring you glory in the events of our lives, that nothing slips by the gaze of our God. That in the midst of good times and hardship, our mouths will sing of your goodness and our hearts will appreciate your hand in our lives. We can do nothing of ourselves, but when Holy Spirit is released to direct the course of rivers, we are able to reach the heights of the Kingdom. We ascend the hill of our Lord, bringing the baskets of Love and Adoration, producing Glory that exalts the King of Heaven.

It is paramount to reach for the Face of God in the lives that we live here on earth. To desire to sit at your feet, and listen unhindered to your words that change everything. You have broken the yoke upon the neck of your children, and set us free to run after you. Earth cannot hold us, for we are Heaven citizens, becoming a part of the angels and saints that worship you nonstop. You entice and draw us by your Love, to come and sing of your greatness.
