even COVID-19 will kneel
Joshua 3:13 “And it shall come to pass, as soon as the soles of the feet of the priests that bear the ark of the Lord, the Lord of all the earth, shall rest in the waters of Jordan, that the waters of Jordan shall be cut off from the waters that come down from above; and they shall stand upon an heap.”
Beloved,
Whatever befalls you, whatever obstacle stands in your way, there is faith available, always more than less. With hands outstretched to receive God’s promises, look for the faith being poured out like oil onto your palms. There in lies the power of God’s resolve, He loves the faith that is exercised within your frame. Realize that “Faith still honors God, and God honors Faith.” (Streams in the Desert)
Today is a new day. The world is at war with an enemy that we cannot see except with a microscope, but it was birthed in the garden when the serpent tempted Eve. From that moment on, whether physical, spiritual, mental, or emotional, the enemy still tries to kill, steal, and destroy. Such is his frustration, when he was cast out of heaven for his deeds. With God’s son Jesus, the house is being restored. We walk in such good times with the Father, you can almost imagine holding His hand as you walk with him in the cool of the evening. Listen to His voice in these days, and ask for the faith to believe every promise. Read and study the Word of God, letting it wash over you, cleansing you, transforming you, and bringing you closer than you ever have been before.
Seek holy boldness in these hours, for every second that passes by, another life is taken from this deadly sickness. From a position of humility and fasting, seek His face. Know the Father, and know the son Jesus Christ, and know Holy Spirit. The disciples sought to know more of the Kingdom, asking Jesus teach us to pray. It simply starts out, “Our Father who art in Heaven . . .” declaring our belief that there is a God on the Throne which is like a breeze blowing in the tops of trees singing of a Holy God, who is a Righteous Father.
Come into alignment believing He is Holy and True. His “Name is Hallowed . . .” and He is a King, for there is a Kingdom just beyond the next hill which He calls Zion. He wants you to bring it to earth, today, now, immediately. “Your Kingdom Come, Your Will be Done on Earth as it is in Heaven . . .”
That is bold, echoing the call of a Kingdom, that you cannot see with fleshly eyes, but know of its existence, just because God says so. We then entreat God’s will to be accomplished on earth, but by what means? It is us beloved, carrying the Kingdom of God within our frame, that is explosive and has the capability of bringing this enemy to its knees. Yes, even COVID-19 will kneel before the Father and declare He is God.
If you ask for one thing today in the midst of this season, ask for Spiritual Boldness. And like the Levites of old, “let us shoulder our load, without looking as though we were carrying God’s coffin. It is the ark of the living God! Sing as you march toward the flood!” Thomas Champness
