Holy Fire
Acts 1:3,4 “To whom also he shewed himself alive after his passion by many infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days, and speaking of the things pertaining to the kingdom of God: And, being assembled together with them, commanded them that they should not depart from Jerusalem, but wait for the promise of the Father, which, saith he, ye have heard of me.”
Beloved,
Stand fast in the place where the Lord has you. Wait on the depth of His love to be poured out in this season, for it will fill your coffers and sustain you in the days ahead. Lean not on your own understanding, but in all things acknowledge Him, the Lord. Your spirit will be strengthened when the Counselor comes, surely He resides within your heart even now. Be delivered of those chains of the past. He is the bondage breaker and restorer of lost things. Though the enemy come in like a flood, the Lord will raise up a Standard against them, and they will be routed, whether it was disease or injury or pain or emotion that has been the affliction. You will rise above it all, for He has called His eagles to lift you up on their wings.
He is a God that does not slumber, and time has no impact on His plans for you and His children. He has established a cornerstone that cannot be moved, through His son Jesus who was the Lamb of God, and is the returning King riding on a White Horse. And on His thigh will be written the Truth of who He is, and all will know and will say He is God. Our hearts beat with the cadence of Heaven, and we are renewed in our strength while we wait for Him. His wisdom must be heard before we take steps in one direction or another, but we are always moving forward in the Kingdom of God. In our waiting, there is action, there is healing and equipping. Be blessed today my love, for the Lord is the Strong Tower that is accessible even in your heart and mind.
Trust without reserve, not doubting what He has spoke to you or has been spoken over you by trusted saints in the Lord. Let this Word wash over you like a soft spring rain, saturating your entire being and transforming you into a new creation — that can behold the Presence of God. Know that it is His courage that will carry you through, and He will fight every one of your battles. They are already won. He is the Lighthouse that gives brilliant light to the ships of the sea, that even when overwhelmed with mighty waves, it is His voice that says, “Peace, be still!” He is your God, and you are His son or daughter. Accept the width, and length, and depth, and height of His Love.
Prepare your Lamp to receive as much oil as possible in this waiting season. Gather up vessels, until you can find no more and He will fill every one to overflowing. It is His promise, to be your provision, which shall be sufficient for all your needs. His Word runs swiftly, and your heart is the destination. Open your heart to receive the Joy that will strengthen, to ensure that the smile on your face is genuine and not false. To laugh in the face of danger, when adversity besets you, is to overcome the enemy — and they will flee. Come Holy Spirit!
