Psalm 81: 7, 13a, 16 “Thou calledst in trouble, and I delivered thee; I answered thee in the secret place of thunder: I proved thee at the waters of Meribah.” Selah!

“Oh that my people had hearkened unto me . . .”

“He should have fed them also with the finest of the wheat: and with honey out of the rock should I have satisfied thee.”

Great is the Name of the Lord in all things. We are a token of His love to a world that is perishing, a powerful symbol for the lost to look upon and be found. We carry the Cross in our hearts. Every believer that calls upon the Name of Jesus has been branded with that place called Calvary. We are a children, the sons and daughters that carry His legacy with us wherever we go. We are never alone. His Presence is constant, our prayers are conversations with the Lord and are ongoing, never ceasing.

We are broken by the difficulties of this hardened world, but repaired by the Blood poured out from the Lamb that is Holy. We are made perfect in His sight, through the tremendous outpouring of His Love over shadowed only by His Grace. Saint, you are being called into deeper waters today, where the depth is decided by our God. He knows your name, and you have heard His voice. Not a moment goes by, that He does not speak to you. It is for the open ears and open eyes to respond, not earthly senses, but the discernment of God’s people. You know where your hope is found, and it is traceable to the the Father’s Heart, where a table has been prepared and your enemies cannot come near.

Eat as much as you need and more. You have a blessing of abundance, where provision will never run out. It was bought at the Cross and your sin died with you there. You are now lifted up, and placed on higher ground. Your foothold will not fail, for the Lord is the Lamp at your feet. Trust His Word, that became flesh many years ago. When you are exhausted and weary, turn to the Lord who is the keeper of your heart and He will provide renewed strength. Even the Lord will feed you nourishing bread and wine, that body and blood of His son Jesus. It is true, He is a Strong Tower, a Mighty Dwelling Place, and a Fortified Fortress.

In Him you will find your calling, that purpose established before you were born. Look to the east, where the sun rises and He will come on the clouds. Each day, He is there and He is right beside you. He is a firm foundation, that never falls away. Build your house there, and let the hearth burn hot and bright with love for God. Adore all that He is, in the good and in the bad times. Never wait till there is a need to tell Him how much you love Him, but praise Him in and out of season. He will make you productive and fruitful even in the dry seasons. You were made to hunger and thirst beloved, so that He could and will quench and satisfy.
