It is Always for the Now
1 Corinthians 15:55–57 “O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”
Beloved,
Receive your victory today. Know the intimacy of the Father and His Son Jesus and His Holy Spirit. You have asked how you can get a little bit closer to Him. He is the God who will never leave nor forsake you. Believe on His promises, let faith arise within your heart.
It is not the promises that come first, but the Trust that in what He says is True — building your belief in a God who has your best at heart. Believe that hardship or difficulty is not from the King, but He will use it to your good. Let every sound that comes from His Mouth find a resting place in your heart.
Rise in the morning thanking Him for the breath that is in your lungs. When you step on to the ground from your bed, let the first words from your soul be that of gratitude. Let song and worship be released even in the midnight hours, where darkness tries to take hold — for the Kingdom of God is always on the move.
And the Kingdom is filled with Light, that cannot be dimmed. Break the darkness, and release the Light into the world, as you move and have your way. For your steps are blessed, even if they are on a hard path. For your journey is not one of isolation, but knowing that the hills around you are filled with chariots and horses of fire.
Power of His Hand is in your grip and is called the Sword of the Living God — His Word which became flesh. Be closer to your God, by walking in the Kingdom at all times — believing that what He taught His disciples in the Lord’s Prayer — letting the Kingdom Come and His Will be done.
It is for today — this intimacy you seek. It is not something for tomorrow or some time distant — but for the now.
It is for the now. Amen
