Proverbs 2:1–5 “My son, if thou wilt receive my words, and hide my commandments with thee; So that thou incline thine ear unto wisdom, and apply thine heart to understanding; Yea, if thou criest after knowledge, and liftest up thy voice for understanding; If thou seekest her as silver, and searchest for her as for hid treasures; Then shalt thou understand the fear of the Lord, and find the knowledge of God.”

Beloved,

You don’t have to clamor for attention. You have given your gaze to the one that holds it all. You are set apart for the Kingdom of God. It is a measure poured out, and weighed by the depth of your spirit and soul, bringing forth desire that calls upon God for understanding and revelation. It is wisdom that you have sought for so many years, and the hope has always been that you would receive this as a gift, and not as a goal of working toward. The love given you today, is beyond your expectation, and beyond your imagination. It is a belonging, an event where you have been adopted, grafted in to the family of God. It is celebrated, the moment you say these words, “I believe that you are the son of the living God.” It is then a pleasant sensation, the love given as a gift. It is wrapped in the finest of paper, intended for revelation over time. The paper is taken off carefully, not greedily, but ensuring the wrap is not torn.

Walk in this season with confidence knowing where your help comes from. Break with tradition, of things scribed by mere earthly hands, and embrace the word of God that became flesh, becoming a living being carrying the heart of God within His chest. Jesus calls to you today, to take part in the wedding banquet, where His flesh became bread and His blood became the wine. It is an interesting thing, to eat and drink of His body. In this you become one with Him, connecting with the Godhead, no matter what is transpiring around you. Mercy is evident in your life, when you encounter the lost and hungry. It is your touch they desire, because you carry Holy Spirit within you. You are never the same, but transformed into His likeness, showing the world His Love and His Hope. It is a treasure, this avenue to God. The trailhead is within you now, and many will come seeking this path.
