Never Relents

Isaiah 43:18,19 “Remember ye not the former things, neither consider the things of old. Behold, I will do a new thing; now it shall spring forth; shall ye not know it? I will even make a way in the wilderness, and rivers in the desert.”

Stand in the hope the Father has placed before you. It is a choice, to lean not on your own understanding, but to wholly trust in Him. It is His presence that you seek, and see that He has now opened a door for you. The past has come and gone; today is brand new and filled with His love and wisdom. Today your decisions are based on His wisdom, on His insight. He provides prophetic images and they find a place in your heart as you ponder their meaning. He gives the truth in righteousness, that can be wielded like a sword, for it is His son Jesus, who became a sacrifice for you.

From the Cross to the Grave to the Heavens, He had you in mind, being carried in His heart. Your life has been planned out before you, and solutions have been given before there ever was a problem. You are not alone, His presence is always with you, and will never leave you. During this season of ashes, He will bring beauty. In the soil are seeds that have been buried for many years, and now they begin to sprout and come forth in all their glory. They are the answers to prayers uttered in your youth, in your young adulthood. Though many years have passed, He has not forgotten your requests. He has waited only for the storm to pass, and for the sun to shine and the rains to pour from heaven.

Blossom in this truth. The love of the Lord never relents, never forgets the steps you took, for they are recorded in the book of life. You are a child of God, and nothing can take that away. He is your Father, your Lord, and your Spirit. He loves to see you and gains you have made in this place, this world. He gathers you beneath His wings, that eternal prayer garment, that shadows you from the wickedness seeking to harm you. But you are more than that, you have been made righteous in His sight. You flourish even in the most austere environment, His light is illuminated within you and cannot be extinguished. Let this light shine in the darkness and draw many to the Lord, through your testimonies and the Word that is living and breathing within you.
