On a hill

Acts 24:25 “ And as he reasoned of righteousness, temperance, and judgment to come, Felix trembled, and answered, Go thy way for this time; when I have a convenient season, I will call for thee.”

Beloved,

Jesus knows your heart, and yet He still pours out His love upon your head. For your head is a crown that signifies you as a child of God. It is a mark upon your face, this Glory that is resplendent. Where you are, God is always there, in you and through you. You are the hands by which God will heal the sick, and the mouth that carries His word to the nations. We are a strange bunch, as Christians believing in that which we do not see with human eyes. But we see with His eyes, and we know every hungry child, and every destitute homeless person, and every person that has died or is near death. We hold the secrets of Heaven, and soon these things must be released to the world.

It could be in the next second, or a day from now. The Word of God is precious, more valuable than any other thing that you could possess. It is a legacy for your children, this treasure that is Christ and it is the Blood that empowers us to move forward in the steps of Him who saved us. We long for His presence, yet we do not recognize its true power, which is sometimes beyond our comprehension. But God is wisdom, and He is a generous Father, that will give you more than enough. It is a risky proposition, to step out in the darkness and release this love, for you will be seen as one of them, those precious believers that will not relent and know to leave the 99 for the one that is lost.

We go up on the hilltop to speak to those that would gather, and we find ourselves in the valley pushing through the crowds. We must be the light on a hill, where all can see. And we must be recognized as His, which is defined as supernatural love being poured out without reserve, not saved for a special day, for this day, where all will come to the revelation of who Christ is. And Heaven will celebrate at the redemption of just one child, at the heart of those that would speak truthfully into the darkness. It’s as if the darkness holds some of us bound, even though we are the light. This is an illusion, a veneer that covers the truth, and we are left frozen in place, not able to move. But like a mirror that is easily broken, step through this thin portal and let the darkness fall to the ground like broken glass to be swept away by ministering spirits, those angelic beings.

We are the reflection of Christ, continually growing into the role of Bride, who will be unblemished and without stain the moment He returns. We are being perfected beloved, by His hand in our lives, and it is only by letting go of this world, and its influence in our lives, and then being set free. The sick will be healed, the blind will see, those in bondage will be set free, and the dead being raised to life will be a common occurrence. Thousands will flock to you, bringing their sick and their blind and those dead. Your shadow will heal them, and any cloth prayed over can be taken to the farthest places, where the anointing will still bring them to life. Glory in this, let your mouth agree with your heart and your thoughts be taken captive. Trust that He is who He says He is, the Son of the Living God.
