Romans 9:23,24 “And that he might make known the riches of his glory on the vessels of mercy, which he had afore prepared unto glory, Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?”

Beloved,

Hidden away within the lines of scripture are treasures beyond compare. Gold and silver fills our coffers, but yet one thing remains, the joy of the Lord. Through the blood of Jesus comes such hope and love, transforming our lives beyond our own expectation. Suddenly happens, and what we were yesterday is now discarded, and today brings renewal and refreshing. Our words carry more weight, and honor becomes more than just a passing greeting. The lives of those around us, blended origins, coming from so many backgrounds, are coming to Christ. They lead new lives, that are not their own, but reconstructed in their steps and heart. It is a celebration, these sons and daughters who are not of the same nationality, but of one blood in Christ. It comes in the washing, when the blood pours out from the Cross, that we are made white as snow.

It is precious, this flow from God. It is a river of life, bringing with it such good, better, and best things for our lives. And we become a generous people, to give it away so others might experience the hope filling our cup. Spread out the blanket, and call others to come and sit with you as you share the gospel. The good news is on your lips, and joy strengthens the conversation, drawing others closer to the side of Christ. Come and touch the wound which the soldier inflicted upon our Savior’s side. Know that it is real, but the soldier can be forgiven, and we are amazed at such teaching. Forgiving others for things that they do not understand was birthed there that day, when He picked up His cross and walked up Golgotha to a certain horrendous death. Still we are called to command our soul to bless His holy name. It is the richness of His love, that no one can fathom the depths of, but we are still called to search out these mysteries.

The goodness of Christ, is a wonder in and of itself. The presence of God, causes us to worship the Father and to bless His Son Jesus, and to declare the wonders of His Holy Spirit. Simply, our breath cannot fathom the depths of such love, but when He exhales, we inhale and all is right with the world. We see others the way He sees them. They are lost and blind, speaking even against the Truth of who He is. Still He calls us to preach, to speak, to teach, to discuss, to share His love in such ways, that all will acknowledge who He is. But beloved we cannot do this ourselves, but He can. Living within us, taking up residence, to the point of our actions will speak volumes of the Kingdom of God. All we must do is say, “Here I am Lord, use me.”

And just like that, the vessel is sanctified, our lips become holy, and the lost will see the hope and love.

Simple steps, lead us to greater glory. We desire what the Lord has placed in our hearts, to worship God in such a way that we are transformed, and the light in us grows brighter. Then day by day, others will say of you, “Surely, God lives in them.”

Recently I heard someone say, “There are only two times when we should worship the Lord; when we feel like it and when we we don’t feel like it.” May your day be filled with His presence, and you have a realization of your namesake. You are the bride, the Beloved.
